- Usage Data: Server logs, API requests, and control panel interaction metrics.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect from all our services to provide, maintain, protect, and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect HosterBolt and our users from fraud and abuse.
Primary Uses:
Processing transactions, sending vital billing and service notices, providing technical customer support via our ticketing systems, and proactively monitoring infrastructure health.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only with essential, trusted infrastructure partners necessary to deliver our services.
Payment Processors
Partners like Stripe, PayPal, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa for secure billing and invoice processing.
Domain Registrars
We share necessary contact details to legally register domains on your behalf.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. Specifically, client data stored within WHMCS is purged completely 90 days after account closure and final billing settlement.
